Do you do customs?
Yes! I adore opportunities to create custom work. See something you like but is no longer available? I can create another, but understand uniqueness is an important factor in my work. There may be slight variations in form & glazes often vary in appearance through circumstances of the firing.
Have an idea for a custom? Reach out, I would love to work with you to bring your vision to life.
Customs can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, depending on where I am at in my firing schedule. I will of course be in communication with you to give updates on time frame!

Do you wholesale?
Yes! I sell to shops at a discounted rate. Whether it is a set of mugs, cups, pendants, trays, keychains or anything else I commonly carry, the discount is applied when purchased in sets of half dozens or full dozens. Mix & match my current inventory OR I can create a custom bulk order! Reach out for more info.
How long does my order take to ship?
If you are purchasing an in-stock item, I tend to ship within 1-2 days! I will reach out to you if there are any unexpected delays.
Do you offer international shipping?
I will be more than happy to figure out the international shipping process for my first international sale! Something my old website platform did not offer.
Help! My order arrived broken!
Oh shit! Looks like USPS workers had another box-throwing contest. I package with the utmost care when shipping and have a high success rate; however sometimes unexpected things can happen during transit. If your package arrives broken, please take photos of the box, the broken item in the package and send me an email. I always ship with insurance so I can file a claim, and provide you with credit in the same amount as that item for another item on my site; you are just required to cover shipping cost of $10. Get some heavy duty epoxy, glue the broken creation and embrace the art of kintsugi!
